Feelin good
Didnt wake up today until after 12 so that was an 11hr + sleep i had... the best yet.
Its 3:30 now and ive had no valium or anythin else and feel ... i feel good. I still want very badly (very badly) but its not as 'loud' as it has been and my body is reasonably at peace.
I did take a couple of co-codomol which contain codeine last night so i hope that hasnt satisfied the craving and im fooling myself somewhere but i dont think so (codeine are opiate based).
I can half think today, body feels good, ill eat a meal tonight (slightly hungry)... could i be over the worst of this?
Either way im gonna write a blog about H at some point today... apart from this diary theres a lot to know and its my hope that this blog one day saves someone the pain I just went/and am going through.
